Why choose us?
I choose Rusch Dental Group because we are not just an organization of 4 dental practices we are a FAMILY. I genuinely enjoy coming to work and working alongside all of my coworkers and doctors day in and day out. Over the years we have been through a lot as a FAMILY and we continue to grow and succeed together even with all the challenges we have been faced with.
Our owner, Dr. Rusch, started Parkview Family Dentistry in August of 2000, 9 years later in July of 2009 he acquired Hagerstown Family Dentistry, he then acquired our Fishers practice about 3.5 years ago 96th Street Family Dentistry and our most recent practice is Richmond Dental Care in May of 2025. Dr. Rusch has set the tone for the family feel that we have here at Rusch Dental Group. Family means a lot to him and he has always made it a point to have a healthy work life balance for his employees. He has allowed employees to take time off to be with ill parents, recognized when someone needs a mental health break and given them that and even offered to pay for a medical procedure for an employee.
Of course there are always going to be some growing pains when you are continually trying to grow your business and yourself professionally but the great part about doing it with this team is that everyone truly cares about each other and has each other's backs. If you join our family I can assure you that you will always have a group of people that look out for your best interest and look forward to seeing you each day.
