Barugzai Motors is looking for an experienced and motivated **Sales Person** to join our car showroom team.
The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, closing vehicle sales, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom w/ pleasing personality
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, and available offers
- Negotiate deals and close sales professionally
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information
- Ensure showroom cleanliness and professional presentation
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous **3+ YEARS** **sales experience in a car showroom is a must.**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- **Customer-focused and target-driven mindset**
- **Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals**
