Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Practical experience in Accounts Payable, P2P, or Finance & Accounting operations preferred.
  • Experience working in a shared-services/BPO environment and handling supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, and queries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems such as SAP or Oracle; experience with procurement and expense-management tools is an advantage.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
  • Understanding of internal controls, approval matrices, segregation of duties, and audit requirements.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, payment cut-offs, multiple priorities, and high transaction volumes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical experience in Accounts Payable, P2P, or Finance & Accounting operations preferred.
