Overview

  • We are looking for an Executive Supervisor for travel and tourism company who manages daily operations, leads sales, and ensures service excellence.
  • They bridge frontline staff and management by coordinating client bookings, supervising team performance, and driving revenue growth across a wide array of travel products and packages.
  • ***Key Responsibilities:***
  • Manage frontline travel consultants and agents, monitor individual sales targets, and coordinate training on new travel products and policies.
  • Oversee end-to-end travel solutions (flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries), and handle escalated customer inquiries to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key travel suppliers, airlines, cruise lines, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
  • **O**Review bookings and itineraries to ensure they meet company standards and comply with industry laws and regulations.
  • ***Required Qualifications:***
  • Typically 3 to 6 years of experience in the travel/tourism industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or senior consultant role.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, alongside experience with CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree with attested education certificates.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English both written and oral. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
  • Must have hands-on experience in online sales and digital promotion of travel products
  • Computer literate, excellent in MS Office & other search engines.
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
  • Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading e-Commerce website builders, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
  • Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
  • Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
