The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are hiring multiple experienced Executive Search Consultants to join our Dubai office, each taking ownership of a C-suite executive search desk focused on the US construction, renewables, and electrical infrastructure markets .

This is a full 360 role , offering full autonomy to build, develop, and scale your own desk, working on high-value retained and contingent mandates with senior stakeholders across the US.

The Role

• Own and develop a C-suite executive search desk
• Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across the US market
• Lead end-to-end 360 recruitment processes , from business development through to placement
• Headhunt and engage top-tier executive talent for retained and exclusive mandates
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, influencing strategic hiring decisions
• Position yourself as a market expert within construction, renewables, and power

Requirements

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role , ideally within construction, energy, or infrastructure
• Track record of placing senior or executive-level candidates
• Experience working the US market is highly advantageous
• Strong business development and commercial acumen
• Confidence operating at C-suite and board level
• Ability to work 1 PM – 9 PM UAE time

Location Requirement

• Applicants must be currently based in Dubai or open to relocating to Dubai
