The role owns senior and complex mandates end to end and reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
The position is full-time and on-site in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Lead global senior-level and complex search mandates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Source passive candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and market mapping.
- Screen and assess candidates for capability, leadership potential, and cultural fit.
- Present insight-driven candidate shortlists to hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage the candidate lifecycle from outreach through interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding handover.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and pipeline data.
- Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition on search strategy and priorities.
What you'll bring
- At least 5 years of executive search experience.
- A proven record of closing senior and complex mandates.
- Strong assessment skills and the ability to engage and influence senior candidates.
