Ability to assess leadership talent through structured, evidence-based interviews and consistent, job-related evaluation criteria

Experience using applicant tracking systems, executive-search workflows, recruiting analytics, and talent-intelligence platforms

Demonstrated ability to use approved AI and automation tools for research, analysis, productivity, documentation, and content creation while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, privacy safeguards, and human oversight

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
