Gleeds in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has an exciting opportunity, supporting an iconic giga program in Riyadh.

We are seeking a MRICS qualified Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management professional, who wants to develop their career in a personable and professional environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Delivering post contract commercial managements services

+ Managing projects to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the Gleeds procedures.

+ Positively engaging with Clients and developing, growing and maintaining Client relationships.

+ Delivering high quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet Clients’ requirements.

+ Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.

+ Providing senior technical advice on legal and contractual issues relating to construction projects.

+ Administrating contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent.

+ Producing and presenting reports to Clients.

+ Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects

Who we’re looking for:

+ MRICS or FRICS Chartered

+ 15+ years post graduate demonstrable experience in all aspects of quantity surveying

+ 3+ years’ experience in Saudi Arabia

+ 3+ years’ experience with a consultancy organization

+ Has operated as Senior Commercial Manager delivering giga building projects

+ Experience of giga scale building projects, hospitality and education

+ Sound knowledge and practical experience of post contract commercial management.

+ Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written

+ Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily

+ Ability to work as part of a team

+ Degree in Quantity Surveying

+ MRICS or equivalent chartered status

+ Fluent English level written and oral skills

+ Arabic desirable

+ Transferable Iqama
