Qualifications

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Food Technology or related engineering discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably FMCG or Food & Beverage.
  • Hands‐on experience with high‐speed production lines.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
  • Ability to manage manpower and resources effectively.
  • Proficient in production monitoring, reporting and MS Office.
  • Problem‐solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good understanding of GMP, GHP and SOP compliance.
  • Excellent cross‐functional coordination and communication abilities.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage daily production activities according to the production plan.
  • Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Track equipment performance, process parameters, and line efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse and other departments for seamless operations.
  • Optimize utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
  • Identify and reduce production losses, downtime, waste, and process deviations.
  • Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, SOPs, safety regulations and company policies.
  • Support audits and uphold plant standards and procedures.
  • Promote housekeeping, workplace discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives.
