Technical Skills:

• Understand manufacturing / filling-packing operations and best practices
• Understand components of total cost of production and factors to influence it
• Understand manufacturing, maintenance and quality system
• Know relevant statutory, company and factory standards, rules and procedures
• Understand health, safety and environmental principles
• Effective communication both verbal and written Computer Knowledge
• Qualification & Experience:
• Btech (Food Technology/ Dairy/Mechanical/ Chemical/ Industrial Production) - with experience of 2-7 yrs
