We are searching on behalf of our client, a local well established asset management firm, for Executive Director, Investor Solutions and Capital Raising.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Director, Investor Solutions and Capital Raising, located in Dubai.
The Executive Director will lead all aspects of capital raising, investor solutions, and business development strategy, while also contributing to the firm’s strategic positioning and product evolution.
The role combines fundraising, origination of investor-led opportunities, and strategic partnership building, ensuring the firm continues to grow AUM and strengthen its reputation as a specialist alternative asset manager.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in investor relations, capital raising, and business development
- Strong understanding of alternative investments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in international market and the Gulf region
Requirements
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior capital raising or leadership role.
- Strong track record in the Saudi market is essential.
- **Direct LP access:**
- Must have a track record with GCC family offices, sovereigns, and institutions.
