Seeking to recruit an Executive Chef for a leading company in AbuDhabi.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the activities of all the kitchens, MICE and retail outlet activities within the complex.
- To maintain and improve productivity, quality, service and guest satisfaction under direction of the Senior Director - Culinary.
- Be alert and aware of all the market trends and related technology and introduce plans to implement relevant improvements in coordination with the Senior Director - Culinary.
- Plan, develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures to attain overall goals, budgeted financial results and objectives of the department.
- Monitor and assess cost control and cost reduction measures.
- Set the broad lines and overall targets of the annual budget for the various sections with the department, approves final submission and presents it to the Senior Director – Culinary.
- Review and assess customer satisfaction with products and services in coordination with Senior Director - Culinary, Director Commercial and Director of Operations.
- Maintain a professional relationship with tenants/guests/customer and suppliers to ensure a prompt and high standard of service.
- Handle suggestions and complaints by tenants/guests/customers/suppliers, process, and refer requests/complaints to relevant department heads to ensure they are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain effective communication on the activities of the department within F&B and other operating departments
