A rare opportunity has arisen for an exceptional
Executive Chef
to lead the culinary vision of one of Dubai’s most exclusive private members’ clubs.
We are seeking a highly accomplished culinary leader with a distinguished background in luxury hospitality, renowned private members’ clubs, or award-winning restaurants.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in
British and European cuisine
, outstanding leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering world-class dining experiences to a discerning membership base.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Executive Chef experience within luxury hotels, private members’ clubs, or high-end fine dining restaurants.
- Strong grounding in British and European cuisine.
- Previous experience working in Europe or with internationally recognised luxury hospitality brands.
- Proven success leading multicultural kitchen brigades.
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing food costs and kitchen operations.
- Ability to balance creativity, consistency, and operational excellence.
The Role
You will lead all culinary operations, develop a distinctive food offering, inspire a high-performing brigade, and ensure the highest standards of quality, presentation, and member experience.
You will also play a key role in shaping the culinary identity of this prestigious new club.
