Executive Butlers anticipate guest needs and provide highly personalized service throughout the guest journey.
The role serves as a luxury-hospitality ambassador and primary point of contact for VIP guests.
Guest service and coordination
- Manage special requests, arrange personalized experiences, and oversee room readiness.
- Facilitate arrivals and departures, respond to inquiries, and provide local recommendations.
- Coordinate with hotel departments and handle confidential matters.
- Stay visible across the property, assist guests directly, and coordinate operational activities.
- Follow policies, protect company assets, maintain safety, and uphold luxury service and professional appearance standards.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; hospitality or related education is preferred.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, butler service, front office operations, or customer-facing work is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required; no license or certification is required.
Preferred skills
- Guest service, relationship building, attention to detail, and anticipating guest needs.
- Verbal and written communication, discretion, confidentiality, organization, and multitasking.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and VIP guest service practices.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
