Overview
- We are a startup building a prediction market platform, preparing to launch in the Latin and North America.
- We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to work closely with the founder and support day-to-day operations, coordination, and execution across the business.
- This role is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with direct exposure to decision-making.

- What you’ll do
- Act as a key point of support for the CEO across daily priorities
- Manage scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
- Assist with internal and external communication
- Help organise documents, information, and workflows
- Support ad-hoc projects across operations, hiring, partnerships, and strategy
- Ensure tasks and deadlines are tracked and executed

- What we’re looking for
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High level of discretion and reliability
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, dynamic environment
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate and work on-site

After 9 months, the role includes a planned salary increase of approximately 30%, subject to performance and continued collaboration.
