About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director
Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Coordinate internal and external communications
Handle confidential information with discretion
Assist in project coordination and follow-ups
Support day-to-day office operations and executive tasks
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Certification in administration or relevant field is mandatory
Valid UAE driving license is required
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism
Experience
supporting senior management or C-level executives
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
