Overview
PulseMediaNL is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to join our remote team.
This role is essential in providing high-level administrative support to leadership, managing schedules and communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day executive operations in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle email correspondence, scheduling, and communication on behalf of leadership
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and business documents
- Support daily administrative and operational activities for executives and management teams
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a key point of contact between executives, employees, and external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and executive priorities across departments
- Maintain clear, professional, and confidential communication at all times
- Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and virtual conferences
Project & Task Management
- Track deadlines, action items, and executive deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Assist with project coordination, research, and operational initiatives
- Support leadership with prioritization and workflow organization
- Monitor ongoing tasks and provide regular updates to executives
Systems & Process Support
- Use productivity tools, administrative systems, and communication platforms effectively
- Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documentation
- Assist in improving administrative processes and operational workflows
- Follow established procedures and contribute to organizational efficiency
About the Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years of experience in executive support, administrative assistance, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with productivity and scheduling tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, or similar platforms is a plus
- Experience with CRM or administrative systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus
