Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, coordinating tasks, handling communication, and supporting leadership with both administrative and operational responsibilities. ๐Ÿ“Š๐Ÿ’ผ

  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across stakeholders
  • Organize reminders, follow-ups, and priority tasks
  • Ensure efficient and conflict-free schedule management

  • Arrange flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries
  • Coordinate travel schedules and last-minute changes
  • Support event planning, reservations, and logistics management
  • Ensure smooth coordination for business and personal arrangements

  • Manage emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
  • Act as a liaison between executives, teams, and external contacts
  • Prioritize important communications and ensure timely responses
  • Maintain smooth information flow across stakeholders

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
  • Organize filing systems, records, and documentation
