, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, coordinating tasks, handling communication, and supporting leadership with both administrative and operational responsibilities. ๐๐ผ
๐ผ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES๐ Executive & Calendar Management
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across stakeholders
- Organize reminders, follow-ups, and priority tasks
- Ensure efficient and conflict-free schedule management
โ๏ธ Travel & Logistics Coordination
- Arrange flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries
- Coordinate travel schedules and last-minute changes
- Support event planning, reservations, and logistics management
- Ensure smooth coordination for business and personal arrangements
๐ Communication & Coordination
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
- Act as a liaison between executives, teams, and external contacts
- Prioritize important communications and ensure timely responses
- Maintain smooth information flow across stakeholders
- ๐ Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Organize filing systems, records, and documentation
- Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Support daily operational and administrative activities

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage
- Experience in administrative, coordination, or assistant roles preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
