Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support the CEO while coordinating operations across multiple companies.
This role also includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of a startup and contributing to the development of internal systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination, ensuring alignment across teams and supporting efficient execution of priorities at both executive and operational levels.
Executive Support
- Manage the CEOu2019s calendar, appointments, and schedules
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Follow up on action items and ensure execution across teams
Cross-Company Coordination
- Coordinate administrative tasks across multiple entities
- Organize meetings and ensure effective communication between stakeholders
- Manage documentation, correspondence, and administrative workflows
Startup Operations
- Oversee daily operational activities of the startup
- Monitor team progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare routine operational reports for management
- Assist in developing and implementing internal processes and procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
