We recently closed a $13.5M Series A ($18M in total funding) from Infinity Ventures, Y Combinator, Initialized Capital, FJ Labs, and other top investors.
In less than a year, our team has already served customers in all 50 states – and we’re just getting started.
The Role
As the Executive Assistant to the founders & Office Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of our growing team, wearing multiple hats to keep our fast-paced startup running smoothly.
You’ll work directly with the founders to manage everything from executive calendars to company culture, playing a critical role in scaling our operations across every town and city in the country.
****In This Role, You Will:****
- Manage day-to-day office operations including lunch logistics, procurement, and workspace maintenance
- Support recruiting logistics by scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, and processing payroll for the team
- Build company culture through team events, offsites, and fostering a positive work environment
- Handle basic financial operations including expense auditing
- Provide executive support by managing founder calendars, coordinating external events, and preparing partner gifts

- ****Qualifications****
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
- Exceptional organization skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments, and proactively takes on tasks
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
