- Our client is a large multi-asset manager, who is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to their Chief Investment Officer.
- This role will be based full-time in Doha, Qatar.

- What the job involves
- Assist the CIO in the daily coordination of the group's activities; this will include being the point of contact for general communication with the CIO
- Taking minutes and compiling agendas for meetings and ensuring follow up tasks from these meetings are carried out accurately and promptly
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to the coordination of investment teams
- Making travel arrangements, planning and scheduling meetings
- Help the HR with team assessments and team performance reviews
- Who we are looking for
- Experience in a similar position (secretary / office manager / executive assistant / personal assistant) within a financial services institution
- Knowledge of private markets is essential and exposure to investments would be a plus
- Exceptional organisation skills - ability to organise, execute, and manage events and logistics
- Proficient in written and verbal English
