• As the business continues to expand its global footprint, it is looking to hire a Vice President / Director to join its Dubai-based team, with responsibility for pursuing opportunistic real estate investment and development opportunities worldwide.

• This position offers a highly entrepreneurial environment and exposure to a wide variety of transactions and asset classes.
• Working alongside senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a central role in evaluating and executing investment opportunities across key global markets.
• Source and evaluate opportunistic real estate investments and development opportunities on a global basis
• Take ownership of financial analysis, underwriting and investment committee presentations
• Lead due diligence and transaction execution processes through to completion
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, lenders and key external stakeholders
• Oversee portfolio performance and support value creation initiatives
• Assist in shaping investment strategy and identifying new growth opportunities
• Who we are looking for
• Significant experience within real estate private equity, principal investing, development or investment banking
• Excellent transaction execution skills and strong financial modelling capabilities
• International experience across multiple geographies and asset classes would be advantageous
• Proven ability to originate and execute complex investment opportunities
• A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel internationally and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
