Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO by managing strategic priorities, coordinating executive communications, facilitating decision-making processes, and ensuring the efficient execution of business and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and business commitments.
- Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and meeting minutes.
- Track strategic initiatives and follow up with department leaders to ensure timely execution of action plans.
- Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming communications and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and business summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, external partners, government entities, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and leadership meetings, including documentation and follow-up activities.
- Support the CEO in monitoring organizational performance, key projects, and business priorities.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive business information with the highest level of discretion.
- Assist in planning executive events, leadership workshops, and corporate engagements.
- Conduct research, gather information, and prepare analyses to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between the CEO s office and the organization.
