About the role
- Our Client is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership.
- The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring smooth day to day operations of the executive office.
- As an Executive Assistant, you will be:
- Managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Supporting planning of events, reviews, and executive engagements.
- Tracking action items and ensure timely follow up.
- Might have to travel to Abu Dhabi office on need basis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
