About This Role

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.

This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Prepare and organize documents for meetings, presentations, and board reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, information, and reports.
  • Support in tracking key projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for executive-level meetings and offsites.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage executive communications and email correspondence.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion on behalf of the CEO.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a C-suite environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
