Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal requests
- Maintain proper filing systems and records (electronic & physical)
- Coordinate meetings, logistics, and office arrangements
- Support in data entry and report tracking
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in procurement requests and basic coordination (if required)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience in government or semi-government entities (preferred)
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
