Executive Assistant
- The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring efficient daily operations.

Schedule and organize complex meetings and executive priorities.

Manage emails, calls, and internal/external correspondence.
ποΈ Meeting Coordination
Prepare agendas, organize logistics, and record minutes and action items.
βοΈ Travel & Event Planning
Arrange travel bookings, itineraries, accommodation, and events.
π Document Preparation
Create executive reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and summaries.
βοΈ Administrative Support
Maintain filing systems, expense reports, and administrative records.
π€ Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with clients, partners, and internal departments.
π Confidentiality Management
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

π Experience supporting senior executives is an advantage
