Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior management
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documentation
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Organize travel arrangements, events, and executive schedules
- Maintain records, files, and administrative systems
- Liaise with healthcare departments and stakeholders
- Support strategic and operational activities as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Experience in healthcare or hospital environment preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced executive environment
- Immediate availability preferred
