Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Executive Administrator (French Speaker) for an on-site position located in Dubai.
The Executive Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks including scheduling, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
Additionally, the role involves liaising with French-speaking clients, supporting high-level executives, and facilitating clear communication.
This role requires excellent organizational skills and a high degree of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, to facilitate communication and manage documentation.
- Administrative skills including scheduling, calendar management, and document organization.
- Experience with preparing presentations, reports, and other professional documents.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Proficiency with office software and tools for efficient task management.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and supporting executives under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Prior experience in similar roles is a strong asset.
