Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role located in Sharjah for an Executive Administrative Assistant with 0 to 2 years of experience.

The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing daily administrative tasks, supporting executives, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities

include scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, managing office documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth business processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administration
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Skills in Administrative Assistance and multitasking
  • Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
