Role focuses on attendance system implementation, compliance management, employee training, and performance improvement for DS personnel.
Responsibilities
- Implement and standardize attendance procedures, scheduling, sign-in/sign-out rules, and other attendance regulations for DS personnel at all sites.
- Monitor DS personnel compliance with attendance regulations, identify gaps, and collaborate with site managers and HR to drive corrective measures.
- Develop and conduct training for DS personnel covering attendance procedures, operating standards, system usage, relevant policies, and necessary workflows.
- Maintain attendance data dashboards, analyze common problems, and implement improvement plans to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
