Events Specialist (m/f/d)

Overview

• *Client:*
• Regional leader for research and innovation.
• *Responsibilities:*
• Support Head of Events and A2RL teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for each category, including project budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.
• Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, and compliance.
• Coordination between Events Team and Procurement Team for administrative tasks, such as invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports.
• Be the main Point of Contact between Events Team and Racing Operations Team for alignment between parties.
• Assist the Head of Events in developing project management documents, assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation from an operational perspective.
• Support the Head of Events on the operational delivery of the event during build-up, execution and de-rig phases
• Coordinate event schedules and travel arrangements.
• Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring alignment on shared resources and facilities.
• *Qualifications and Skills:*
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project
• Management).
• Experience in team coordination, project administration, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
