11:11 Events is seeking a creative, organized, and energetic Events Coordinator.
The coordinator plans and executes events to ensure smooth delivery and a memorable experience for clients and guests.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate events from start to finish.
- Communicate with clients about event requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate vendors, suppliers, entertainers, artists, and event staff.
- Manage schedules, logistics, setup, and breakdown.
- Prepare event proposals, quotations, budgets, and other necessary documents.
- Keep event activities on schedule and resolve last-minute changes or on-site issues.
- Help source event materials, decorations, performers, and activity providers.
- Maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
Requirements
- Previous experience in event planning, event coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills; creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours including weekends when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks.
- A positive attitude and passion for creating successful events.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
