Event Security Agent (Part-Time)

Make all our fans feel welcome by greeting them with our signature approach.

Enhance our fans’ experience through sharing and educating them about Rogers Place services and products.

Promote a safe and kind environment comfortable for guests and staff.

Ensure adherence to Rogers Place policies, procedures and code of conduct.

Screening fans during ingress using walk-through metal detectors and hand wanding techniques, & conducting bag searches

Patrol assigned area(s).

Respond to emergency situations.

Attend to guest incidents while maintaining a positive demeanor while deescalating the situation.

Liaison with Police and Medical during incidents to ensure the safest environment for guests and staff.

Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents.
