Role Description
The Event Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
In this position, the specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, respond to inquiries, and manage the full sales cycle for events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Daily tasks include meeting with potential and existing clients, understanding their event objectives, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts to close deals.
The role also involves coordinating closely with the event management and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, aligned with client needs, and delivered on time.
The specialist will track sales pipelines, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare regular sales reports, and represent Eventat at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Key Responsible
- Generate and pursue new business opportunities for events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, proposals, quotations, negotiations, and contract closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with event management and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track opportunities in CRM systems and prepare sales reports.
- Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualification
- 2–3+ years of experience in the events, exhibitions, hospitality, or related industries.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Experience with event planning and event management.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Available to join immediately or with a short notice period.
