ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Responsible for supporting the sales team in a variety of different ways including inbound calls and emails, assigning leads into rotation, and completing administrative duties outlined by the Manager, Sales.
  • Qualify and distribute all leads to the Regional Sales Teams.
  • Manage leads with the utmost sense of urgency and in accordance with the company’s lead response time standards.
  • Create, manage, and confirm event bookings using the sales system including the documentation of all prospect and event client communication.
  • Work in collaboration with the sales team and restaurants.
  • Proactively engage in outbound sales activity by working the convention calendars and soliciting sport business and others as dictated.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong interpersonal and people skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously, while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and guest focused.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality, preferred.
  • 2+ years in of current sales experience, preferable in hospitality, restaurant or entertainment venue focused on event sales.
  • The expected annual salary range for this position is between $42,000 - $45,500 / year, with potential for bonus based on eligibility and other business factors. The base pay offered will vary depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bloomin Brands offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
