Responsible for overseeing event production from planning through execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams and develop production plans.
- Oversee technical, logistical, and operational delivery of events.
- Manage timelines, vendors, on-site setup, budgets, and production issues.
- Supervise production staff, conduct site inspections, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ensure events align with company quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong event planning and event production skills, including experience managing events from concept through completion.
- Solid production management skills, including technical setups, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.
- Effective communication and sound budgeting skills.
- A degree or diploma in Event Management, Production, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Experience in live events, corporate functions, exhibitions, or large-scale productions is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in fast-paced environments, solve problems quickly, and maintain safety and compliance standards.
- Event management tools, scheduling software, and basic office applications are advantageous.
