The role manages event and exhibition projects from client brief through delivery and supports on-site execution.

Responsibilities
- Manage projects from client briefing through final delivery.
- Combine concepts, visuals, technical details, and commercial inputs into polished client proposals.
- Coordinate Creative, Production, AV, Operations, and Procurement teams.
- Manage timelines, approvals, budgets, and project documentation.
- Support on-site execution and event operations.
Requirements
- Five years of experience in events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or creative agencies.
- Strong Google Slides skills, a good creative eye, and excellent client communication.
- Ability to independently drive projects to completion.
- Applicants are asked to submit relevant presentation or project samples.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person at Expo City Dubai, UAE.
