The role combines client servicing, project coordination, and operational delivery in English and Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from briefing and proposal development through planning, execution, and closure.
- Serve as the main bilingual client contact and translate requirements into briefs, scopes, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate creative, production, AV, technology, operations, finance, suppliers, venues, permits, and approvals.
- Manage presentations, project materials, timelines, budgets, resources, checklists, and status reports.
- Track deliverables, approvals, scope changes, client decisions, risks, and delays.
- Lead on-site setup, rehearsals, event operations, and dismantling; prepare reports, feedback, handover, and closure documentation.
Qualifications and experience
- At least four years of event management experience; UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
- Professional fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Proven delivery experience with events, exhibitions, conferences, or brand activations from concept to delivery.
- Strong client servicing, presentation, negotiation, supplier management, budget, timeline, and multidisciplinary team experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and project coordination tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel and support on-site delivery when required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 10,000 per month.
