Role Description
As a full-time Business Development Specialist based on-site in Riyadh, you will help grow Haraakah | حركة’s corporate wellness and sports events portfolio.
You will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct market research to understand client needs, and build pipelines through lead generation activities such as outreach, networking, and partnerships.
On a day-to-day basis, you will prepare and deliver client presentations, develop proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that fit each organization’s wellness goals.
You will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, track performance against targets, and provide feedback to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, assess market trends, and evaluate business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, present solutions clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation and Market Research skills to develop pipelines, identify prospects, and understand competitive landscapes.
- Candidates should possess solid negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed business development targets.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, corporate wellness, sports events, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software is an advantage
