EV Fleet Technician

We need a tech who already knows EVs: high-voltage, battery packs, thermal management, diagnostics.

We don't train for this.

If you've got real hands-on EV experience and you can find the fault instead of guessing, call us.

• EV work every day, not brake jobs. Rivian EDVs and electric fleet vans
• Paid for diag time
• Your own bay and lift
• We buy the tools: scan tools, insulated tools, PPE, HV gear, software
• We pay for your certs
• Paid weekly
• No body work

• High-voltage diagnosis and repair
• Battery packs, thermal, charging issues
• EV drivetrain, regen braking, electrical
• A/C. It's Miami.
• Brakes, suspension, steering, cooling
• PMs and DOT inspections

• Real hands-on EV experience (Rivian, Tesla, Lightning, transit EVs, any of it)
• You know HV safety and work safe
• You diagnose, you don't throw parts at it
• You show up
• Your own hand tools and a valid driver's license
• Certified or not, real experience counts

English or Spanish is fine.

SCHEDULE: Days, 6 days a week, full-time in Miami.
