ABOUT BRAUMAN INC.

We're a fleet maintenance and repair company serving businesses across South Florida. Our team handles everything from routine maintenance to mobile repairs to heavy-duty truck work. We have the people and the equipment — what we need now is a business development rep to open new doors for us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify businesses in Plantation and the surrounding area that operate vehicle fleets
  • Research and build a target list of medium to large fleets that need a maintenance partner
  • Reach out by phone, email, and in person to set meetings
  • Learn each customer's needs and match them with our services
  • Prepare proposals and close new accounts
  • Build long-term relationships that turn into repeat business
  • Represent Brauman at local business and industry events
  • Track your activity and results and share updates weekly

REQUIREMENTS

  • Sales or business development experience with a history of closing
  • Confident on the phone and in person
  • Motivated, organized, and focused on results
  • Clear communicator who's easy to work with
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car

PREFERRED

Fleet, automotive, or industrial services sales experience

Existing network of local business contacts

Bilingual English/Spanish
