- Prepare accurate cost estimates for furniture and joinery projects.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine project requirements.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare material and labor cost estimates.
- Coordinate with the design, production, procurement, and project teams to obtain required information.
- Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Assist in preparing tender submissions, quotations, and cost proposals.
- Maintain estimation records and update cost databases.
- Ensure estimates are completed within the required deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
