Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role based in the United Arab Emirates.
The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating tender documents, and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
Additional responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with project budgets, and collaborating with project teams to optimize resources.
Qualifications
- Experience in cost estimating and project budgeting
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, tender documents, and technical drawings
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and procurement processes
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or Diploma Construction Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the UAE construction industry or knowledge of regional market trends is a plus
