Role Description
This is a full-time on-site HVAC-Estimator Engineer role located in Dubai.
The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems, reviewing project specifications, and determining material and labor needs.
The engineer will collaborate with project teams to create budgets, evaluate bids, and ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
The position also requires active communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC systems, Piping, and Plumbing, with a solid understanding of system designs and installations
- Experience in Project Management and Budgeting to effectively plan, execute, and oversee projects within allocated costs and timelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and analyze technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in HVAC estimating is highly preferred
- Knowledge or certification in relevant software and tools is a plus
