Job Title: Estimator – Fit-Out Projects
Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
Company: GRP Three General Contracting LLC
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the commercial team in securing and executing projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for fit-out and interior projects
* Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope requirements
* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
* Review tender documents and identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures
* Work closely with the commercial, procurement, and project teams
* Ensure timely submission of estimates and tender documents
* Maintain updated cost databases and supplier records
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Estimator in fit-out/interior projects (UAE experience preferred)
* Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out processes
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
* Proficiency in Excel and estimation software
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
