• Strong expertise in BOQ preparation and project estimation for glass and metal works, including precise cost breakdowns.
• Background in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline, with knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Effective negotiation skills for suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to research market rates, materials, and technical solutions for competitive estimates.
• Prior Estimation Engineer experience in the glass and metal industry is required, preferably in interior fit-out or construction.
• Proficiency in estimation and project management software, MS Excel, and other relevant digital tools.
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and accuracy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional languages are advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple tenders and deadlines, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• A BTech in Mechanical Engineering and 4-5 years of estimation or production experience in decorative metal fabrication, aluminium, and glass works are stated in the source.
