Responsibilities
- Read and understand project scopes; review drawings and specifications and develop requests for information as needed.
- Organize files and upload data to CANDY; establish required CANDY files and produce professional outputs.
- Prepare and verify bills of quantities, perform civil rate analysis, and complete quantity take-offs where required.
- Analyze subcontractor and vendor proposals; invite selected parties to bid and prepare bid forms, proposals, and clarifications.
- Assist with project packaging and submission, close out commercial work, and submit tenders, including PTCs.
- Develop vendor and subcontractor relationships, monitor junior staff tasks, assist juniors, and coordinate with estimating colleagues while reporting to a manager or senior.
