In this role, you will provide high-value estimating support for major capital projects, bringing rigorous cost validation and project insight to complex project decisions.
This position is well suited to a senior estimating professional who can bring structure, judgment, and credibility to estimate development and assurance across major project phases and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and validate TIC estimates for Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Design, Project Proposal, and Execution phases.
- Develop and review estimate basis documents, assumptions, exclusions, contingencies, escalation strategies, and estimate methodologies.
- Evaluate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup cost components.
- Conduct independent estimate reviews and estimate challenge sessions.
- Validate contractor, EPC, and consultant estimates.
