Eram Talent is seeking an experienced CRM & Automation Senior Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationship management (CRM) systems and implementing automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and improve customer engagement.
The CRM & Automation Senior Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's CRM ecosystem, customer database, and marketing automation capabilities to drive effective lead management, customer engagement, conversion optimization, and business performance.
The role plays a critical part in designing and enhancing lead management processes, developing automated customer journeys, and providing actionable insights through analytics and reporting.
